Mark has lived in Cumbria for over 20 years working in the tourist industry initially and then within the voluntary sector where he developed and managed a charity for 10 years. Presently he is co-ordinator for Cumbria Disability Network (CDN) a network of disability groups, and also works as a Consultant on disability issues throughout the North West.
In his spare time he is Chairman of Prism Arts, the Cumbrian arts group and is current Chairman of the Public and Patient involvement forum of the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Trust. His hobbies include bird watching, photography and walking with his two sons 17 and 14.
Mark has an interest in the countryside and is keen to see a development of pathways accessible to all.
